1. CRM Subscription Fees

All subscription fees for our CRM platform are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly Plan: $50 per month

  • Annual Plan: $600 per year

Once billed, subscription fees will not be refunded, partially or in full, regardless of usage or cancellation date. Please ensure the plan you select meets your needs before subscribing.

2. Wallet Balance Refunds

Wallet funds are used to cover pay-as-you-go features such as SMS, email, calling, and other automation-related costs.

  • You may request a refund of any unused wallet balance at any time.

  • Refunds will be issued only for the remaining, unused amount in your wallet.

  • Any promotional or bonus credits applied to your wallet are not refundable.
